RECIPE: Vegan Pepperoni Pizza

Easy and Simple Vegan Pepperoni Pizza:

  • 1-2 packages Yves vegan pepperoni (I defy you to taste the difference between this and pork pepperoni)
  • 1 package Vegan Gourmet cheddar – grated
  • 1 package Vegan Gourmet mozzarella – grated
  • 1 jar or can of your favorite pizza or spaghetti sauce
  • Whole wheat bread, tortillas, or your favorite bread dough
  • Extras can include: fresh tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, onions, olives (green and/or black), pineapples, fresh garlic, etc.

Using a clay baking sheet, assemble the pizza: dough/bread, sauce, pepperonis and extra ingredients, cheeses.  Top with extra basil or oregano if desired.  Cook in the oven at 425F for 20 minutes.  Eat and enjoy!

The above pizza was actually made with dough cut into strips (bread sticks).  We rolled them into individual pinwheels and they were great.
