Seriously, Dairy Products Do NOT Help People Lose Weight
Even more facts are in. Dairy products don’t even slightly help people lose weight. Not low fat, no fat, or high fat ones. None. Not a single one. Not consumed in moderation or in excess. Dairy products are not healthy in any fashion. In fact, as many vegans have learned, dairy products are actually significantly worse for human health than meat. They are also addictive, unlike most other foods.
Current new evidence can be found here:

- “Dairy products do not help people lose weight” by Ben Wasserman, May 18, 2008
- Blackwell Synergy has a fantastic list of online journals and the original research the above articles were based off of. Unfortunately I can’t seem to link to the ones regarding dairy and “so called” weight loss. They all prove that it doesn’t exist. Do a search there and be amazed at the truth. I used “dairy weight loss” as one search term.
