Have a Happy Vegan Halloween
I’ve written more on this topic here:
Halloween 2008 looks to be an excellent Halloween for my family. My daughters have been working on their very artistic costumes for a while now. I love what unique ideas they keep coming up with for what they will be. This year my 12 year old daughter is planning on being a saguaro and my 8 year old daughter is planning to be a robot. Both girls are vegan and love Halloween. The two things really can mix!
We’ve been able to find more and more vegan treats this year. Including packages of nuts, Mambas, and more dried fruit choices. Please read the above articles for more information on how to accommodate the vegans in your life and/or how to deal with the unwanted non-vegan candy your children receive. You don’t need to throw it away!
Make this Halloween be better for the environment by purchasing vegan treats for all the little ones who come to your door. Have a Happy Halloween! Enjoy the beautiful autumn season. It’s my favorite time of the year.
